ITV Emmerdale’s John Sugden’s next victim ‘sealed’ – and fans will be heartbroken

Emmerdale fans are concerned they’ve figured out who John Sugden’s next victim might be on the ITV soap, after his dark secrets were exposed. John, portrayed by Oliver Farnworth, joined the beloved ITV soap last year and has been concealing his true nature behind a web of deceit. In Thursday’s episode, viewers saw a desperate John poison Jacob Gallagher, who suffers from a severe nut allergy, with the sole intention of saving him and being hailed as a hero.
Flashbacks also revealed that John had been tormenting and drugging his mother-in-law Chas Dingle while pinning the crime on Ella Forster. Meanwhile, Nate Robinson’s fate was finally unveiled in a flashback showing John administering medication via a needle following a barn fire, according to Leeds Live, reports Leicestershire Live.

However, before he could administer another dose of what seemed to be a different drug, Nate tragically passed away, leading John to dispose of his body in the same lake where the limo crash occurred.
The unsuspecting villagers believe Nate is in Shetland after landing a new job.
In other developments from Thursday’s episode, the village found out that Nate’s estranged wife, Tracy Metcalfe, had been taking money from Eric Pollard after Nate vanished and failed to provide any child maintenance funds.
In Friday’s episode, Nate’s father, Cain Dingle, expressed worry for his son as he told John and Aaron Dingle he was looking after Nate’s daughter Frankie.

He commented: “Tracy’s got enough to deal with after yesterday!”, before adding, “I wish she had told us Nate’s not been stumping up any cash. I don’t understand this disappearing act.”
With John on a rampage against several villagers, all while hiding his sinister truth, one has to wonder if Cain is next on his list as worry about Nate sets in.
If Cain does become a target, fans are sure to be enraged, considering he’s been a fan-favourite fixture in the village since the year 2000.
