Emmerdale: Will Mackenzie Die After Charity’s Violent Act?
Emmerdale star Lawrence Robb recently revealed the dreadful plot that awaits his character, Mackenzie Boyd. For quite a few weeks, Charity and Mack’s lives have been revolving around the aftermath of Harry’s death. However, a recent act by the Woolpack lady left fans wondering if Mack will make it through the Dales alive.
Earlier this week, as a result of her mental torment, Charity gravely hurt her husband, Mack. Emmerdale actor revealed that even he took Charity’s attack on Mack as a sign that his character was about to die on screen. Fortunately, the makers confirmed that it did not mean that.
Additionally, Robb expressed his excitement about finally getting a ‘hospital bed’ scene. He said, “I was excited about having that because while I’ve been in the show for a little while now, I’ve not actually got the chance to do that.” The soap star also shared how Emmerdale makers made it almost look like Mack will die at the end of one episode.
Moreover, the actor thinks Mack and Charity had the worst luck. He asserted. They have gone through car crashes, kidnappings, and stabbings in just the past six months. However, Robb believes that the challenges have only made them stronger. Lawrence expressed, “They’ve come to this epiphany that we love each other too much to allow life to get in the way – and life in Emmerdale is hard.”
Lawrence highlighted the off-camera fun they share despite the on-screen struggles. He conveyed that he has had a great couple of years with co-star Emma Atkins. The star quoted, “I hope we stay together; we have such a laugh working together on these ridiculous stories.”
