MICHELLE Ryan has dropped another huge hint that she’s returning to EastEnders.
The former BBC One serial drama actress hosted an off-screen reunion with one of her prominent former co-stars.
Michelle Ryan, 40, played Zoe Slater in EastEnders from 2000 until her last appearance in 2005.
The beloved character was involved in major storylines which included the memorable ‘You aint my mother’ shouting match with mum Kat (Jessie Wallace).
He other major storyline included a romance with Dennis Rickman (Nigel Harman)
This came at the behest of Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), whose father Den (Leslie Grantham) had a vested interest.
Later she was involved in the Witches of Walford storyline with Chrissie Watts (Tracy-Ann Oberman) and Sam Mitchell (Kim Medcalf).
Zoe initially thought she killed Den in the Queen Vic, but Sam witnessed Chrissie strike the final blow with Pauline Fowler’s (Wendy Richard) doggy doorstop.
In the end, Chrissie’s actions were eventually discovered as she tried to flee the country and Sam and Zoe were mostly in the clear.
But nearly 20 years after their iconic antics on the square, Michelle and Kim reunited as the duo met up for drinks.
Michelle posted their comeback selfie onto her Instagram grid page as she sent soap fans into a frenzy.
She captioned the snap: “Kim and I on a pre Christmas catch up. We hadn’t seen each other in five years. As easy company as ever.”
Excited fans couldn’t help but flood the post as the begged the pair to make a comeback together, along with .
One fan asked: “Please come back to Eastenders we need you both & Tracy Ann.”
A second reminisced: “Back to the good old days, the 00s,” along with a red heart emoji.
“You both need to come back to the show that would be incredible!!!”, exclaimed someone else.
As a fourth added: “First little Mo now Sam I need you all back.”
