Strictly Come Dancing winner ‘revealed’ – and they’ve already lifted the trophy

Ola Jordan, who is best known for being a part of Strictly Come Dancing's professional line-up has shared her opinions on who she believes could potentially win the BBC show

Former Strictly Come Dancing star Ola Jordan has provided insight into who she thinks could win this year’s competition and she seems to have her eye on a previous champ.

The 42-year-old has been sharing her opinions on the competition so far and who could potentially go all the way. Talking candidly to Mecca Bingo about the BBC show, Ola was asked who she think will win.

Ola revealed she currently has her eye on EastEnders star Jamie Borthwick and is patiently waiting for him to “surprise” her. Although Jamie previously won the Strictly Christmas show last year, Ola longs to see more from him due to his previous victory.

Talking openly she said: “Jamie and Michelle, I thought he was going to be good. I feel like Jamie’s really good at the ballroom and Latin, but I don’t know, I’m not feeling it yet. He hasn’t been as good as I hoped but hopefully, he will surprise me.”

Sharing her thoughts on other potential winners she continued: “Sarah and Vito are much better than I thought they would be. I didn’t think they were going to be as good as they are. I think Sarah and Vito will possibly do well in a competition.

“If I was to pick a winner right now, it would be Sarah and Vito. Tasha and Aljaz are very, very good at the moment, but is that going to go against her in a final? I don’t know, because she’s very good. She’s pulling off all the dances – she’s brilliant. But that might go against her as she has a dance background. She’s the best by far.”

As well as sharing her opinion on who she thinks will win the BBC programme, dance professional Ola shared who could be going home this week. As well as mentioning TV doctor Punam Krishan, Ola believes Wynne Evans could be in danger.

She said: “Wynne could be at risk this weekend too. It’s a tricky one because I would never think they would be in the bottom two, but, after the incident that’s gone on this week, maybe he’s at risk this weekend. The public don’t like to be messed about, if they think something is going on, they’re just not going to like it, and they won’t vote for them.

“But they’re doing really well in the competition, and I don’t want them to go out because I think they’re a good couple and they’re doing well. I really like the Tango they did last week, so it would be a shame if they are in the bottom two. But if they are in the bottom two, they will most likely be saved by the judges because they’re quite good.

“If they find themselves in the bottom two with anyone who is not as good, for example, Paul, then they will be saved.”
