Three EastEnders icons reunite after 3 years as Lorraine Stanley shares motherly pride

Former EastEnders star Lorraine Stanley has reunited with her co-stars Zack Morris and Milly Zero.
The actress, 48, is best known for playing Karen Taylor in the BBC One soap between 2017 and 2024.
The character initially left Walford for a new life with her family in Spain, but since returned in an attempt to uncover the truth surrounding her son Keanu Taylor’s (Danny Walters) death.
Karen’s final scenes saw her depart Albert Square under the impression Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo) had murdered him, with no idea it was actually Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), with five other locals helping to conceal his death.
Lorraine took to Instagram last night to praise her on-screen son Zack and Milly, who are appearing in a new show at the Bush Theatre.
Who did Zack Morris and Milly Zero play in EastEnders?
Zack first arrived as Keegan Baker several months before Karen and the rest of the extended family made the Square their home – as the friend of established regular Shakil Kazemi (Shaheen Jafargholi).
He departed the show in 2022.
Shortly after learning that Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) had murdered his sister Chantelle (Jessica Plummer), he reunited with wife Tiffany Butcher (Maisie Smith) and they departed together, choosing to start afresh in Germany.
Milly was the second actress to portray Dotty Cotton, granddaughter of the infamous, chain-smoking icon that was Dot Cotton (June Brown).
She took over the role from originator Molly Conlin in 2019, and departed three years later.
Seeing red, she attempted to set it alight but was stopped by Rocky Cotton (Brian Conley). After coming to the realisation that she had no future in Walford, she left for pastures new.
What are Zack and Milly appearing in at the Bush Theatre?
The duo are starring in Talking People between 8th April and June 27th.
A trio of performances will explore ‘three individually unique scenarios that explore connection, emotion, and the universal truths that unite us all.’
The performances were sell-out during the initial run, and received five star reviews from critics.
What has Lorraine Stanley said about the pair?
On social media, Lorraine shared a snap of her with Milly and Zack outside of the theatre.
