Tyler Perry’s House of Payne | Season 14 Begins TONIGHT At 9!

Okay, folks, listen up!
Just a heads-up, Family Fun Night is coming back TONIGHT at 9:00 PM, not on May 6 like originally planned. It’s happening tonight, and if you want to see the follow-up to that House of Pain episode that had everyone talking, you better tune in tonight at 9:00.

Honestly, today is a big day for promotions, and they really need to hit social media hard. BET should be running promos all day long. If they expect to get decent ratings, they’ve got to get the word out there.

Now, originally, I had a trailer breakdown for Season 14 of House of Pain as part of Family Fun Night, but after some updates, it seems the schedule has changed. Assisted Living wasn’t even part of the Family Fun Night block initially. It was supposed to be House of Pain, Miss Pat Settles It, The Miss Pat Show, and a live-action game show, Go Big or Go Home.

But according to the updated TV schedule, House of Pain will kick off at 9:00 PM, followed by Assisted Living Season 6, Episode 1. After that, we’ll get Miss Pat Settles It and Go Big or Go Home, with two episodes of Go Big or Go Home in a row.

So, we’re getting one episode of each show, plus a double dose of Go Big or Go Home. Then, after midnight, there will be reruns of all the episodes.

Quick recap:

• House of Pain starts Season 14 tonight at 9:00 PM.

• Assisted Living follows immediately after.

• Miss Pat Settles It and Go Big or Go Home will round out the block.

• Go Big or Go Home gets two episodes back-to-back.

• Reruns start after midnight.

I gotta say, it’s a little disappointing that they didn’t keep the schedule the same for House of Pain for this first week. It could’ve really benefited from the hype surrounding the last episode to get those ratings up. I think they missed an opportunity to boost the numbers for the entire night of programming — not just House of Pain, but the other shows too.

And let’s be real — everyone’s waiting to see if Ella’s about to snatch someone’s wig tonight. So yeah, this is gonna be a wild ride!
