They’re saying that once Andy gets that promotion, she’ll get rid of anyone standing in her way. And let’s be real—Hayden’s definitely on that list. He’s been scheming for too long.

Now, a lot of folks have been talking about Robin’s stricter rules at the firm, and I get it. Robin’s not being strict for the sake of it—he’s simply enforcing rules that were already there. The issue is that people like Andy, Fatima, and others have gotten too comfortable. They think they can come and go as they please, handle personal errands during work hours, and not follow the basic rules of the firm. Robin’s just calling them out on it, and honestly, it’s about time.

But here’s where it gets interesting: Robin’s presence feels like a chess game, and it’s making everyone a little suspicious. Every episode, it seems like someone is questioning his motives. Why are things suddenly changing? Is Robin really trying to steer the firm in the right direction, or is he secretly moving pieces around to his advantage? Think about it: when Andy enters Gary’s hospital room, his vitals start to go haywire—could she be framed for trying to kill him? That’s dark, but I can see it happening. Robin told Andy to go down to the hospital, and the timing of everything makes me wonder if it’s all part of a bigger plan.

Let’s not forget: Robin is the one who told Andy to get involved in that situation. And yeah, it could be strategic, but does he know everything? Is he working with someone else behind the scenes, maybe Hudson? I wouldn’t be surprised if Robin has eyes and ears everywhere. We’ve already seen a darker side of him, like when he questioned Paris about sleeping with Andy. So yeah, it wouldn’t be a stretch if he had something to do with what happened to Gary.

Then there’s the question of whether Andy will even be able to fire Hayden once she becomes managing partner. Some people think it’s a no-brainer, but it’s not that simple. Andy’s name might be on the building, but there are other partners to consider. Robin, for one, is still heavily involved. He owns a significant portion of the firm, which means Andy can’t just fire people without considering how it’ll affect the bigger picture.

Sure, Andy has the skills—she’s proven herself time and time again. But Hayden, as much as I dislike him, is a valuable asset to the firm. But let’s not forget about Fatima. I get it—she wants to protect Andy, but she needs to understand her place in all this. She’s not at the top of the food chain yet, no matter how tough she is. Hayden made a good point when he said this is a man’s game. Fatima can’t expect to just come in and change everything. She’s not going to have the power she thinks she will when Andy makes partner.

In the end, I don’t think Andy is going to be able to easily fire Hayden or fix everything just because she’s made partner. There are too many players involved, and Robin’s return has shaken up the balance of power. Andy may have the skills, but I don’t think she’s ready for everything that comes with being a partner. It’s going to be a lot more complicated than she thinks.
