Tyler Perry’s Sistas | Hayden Grabbed A Knife To Stab Gary BUT He Didn’t Go Through With It
Who Stabbed Gary? Hayden’s Admission Raises More Questions!
“You came in wielding that knife—you were going to stab me!”
“I don’t know about all that. I did grab a knife from the kitchen on my way to the dressing room… but I couldn’t go through with it.”
“Nah, you’re not worth doing time over. But I did drop the knife—and then I found out you got stabbed.”
Okay, folks, so the penultimate episode gave us absolutely nothing new—except for three key points:
- Hayden was NOT the one who stabbed Gary.
- He did bring the knife into the dressing room.
- But we still don’t know who actually did it.
Hayden already explained his actions to Tamara. The only reason he was acting all buddy-buddy with Gary, helping him with the power of attorney, was to keep Gary from putting two and two together and suspecting him of attempted murder.
We know that after Hayden found out about Tamara and Gary, he was crying in his car. He then contacted Gary, got invited to the wedding, and pulled up.
The Stabbing Mystery
I’ve been saying this all season: they should have done a montage sequence—showing all the characters at the wedding venue the night of the stabbing. Let’s see their POVs!
Who was there? Fatima, Zac, Hayden, Tamara, Deara, Jordan, Penelope, the girls… the list goes on. But nope, I don’t think we’ll get that next week.
Instead, what do we get? Hayden saying:
- “Yeah, I showed up, grabbed the knife from the kitchen, and went to the dressing room.”
- “But then I dropped the knife—because this dude ain’t worth going to prison for.”
- “Next thing I know, he got stabbed.”
So… did Gary see Hayden with the knife? Did Hayden walk in, decide not to do it, drop the knife, and walk away?
Then, did a woman—because remember, Gary said it was a woman—come in, pick up the knife, and actually do it?
Lucy, you got some explaining to do in this finale—because this ain’t adding up!
A Missed Opportunity for a Shocking Twist?
One thing I noticed: When Hayden was doing his monologue about how he planned to take out Gary but ultimately didn’t, he took a few steps forward.
Gary was in the background.
At that moment, I swore Gary was about to reach into his desk, grab his gun (you know, the one he pulled on Zac), and shoot Hayden in the back of the head.
Not pistol-whip him. Shoot him.
That would’ve been a crazy twist—Gary shooting Hayden before Hayden could say, “But I didn’t do it!”
Gary’s Memory Issues
But nope, that didn’t happen.
Instead, when Hayden walked into Gary’s office, Gary was like:
“Oh, my memories are coming back.”
No, they’re not, Gary. They’re feelings. Not actual memories.
But as Hayden kept talking, I thought maybe Gary would start piecing things together and remember the gun.
He didn’t.
So Hayden just tells him, “Don’t mess with my woman,” and walks out.
Hayden’s Bruises—How Long Has It Been?!
Did anyone else notice? Hayden still has black eyes.
Not just bruises. Two full-on black eyes.
It’s been a month.
Damn, Zac and Fatima really did a number on him.
The Forensics Question
Now, let’s talk about something obvious that the show is completely ignoring:
- The knife should’ve been taken in for forensics.
- If the k.i.l.l.e.r wore gloves, okay, no prints.
- But Hayden didn’t have gloves, which means his fingerprints should’ve been on that knife.
So wouldn’t the police have found them and pinned him as the prime suspect?
This plot makes no sense!
Final Thoughts
Like I said about the Danny situation, if you think about any of these storylines for more than five seconds, you realize…
They make absolutely no sense.
What do you think of Hayden’s admission?
He had the intent to k.i.l.l Gary—but he didn’t do it.
This is a mess.
But hey, like and subscribe, and I’ll catch you in the next video!
