BELLE Dingle looks set to grow even closer to Vinny Dingle as her marriage to Tom King continues to crumble.
Vinny and Belle have always shared a close friendship, particularly in the wake of the death of Vinny’s wife Liv.
Whilst fans have relished in seeing their platonic bond blossom, the same cannot be said for one of the Dales’ residents.
ITV viewers know that Tom has begun treating his wife Belle poorly.
His manipulative and abusive ways have been continually stepping up a gear as he grows increasingly hostile and irate around Belle.
Tom has even begun to turn against Belle’s friends as he tries to isolate her and manipulate her into believing she is always in the wrong.
Her close bond with Vinny has become his new target as he attempts to savage it once and for all.
Vinny is left recovering after Tom attacks him amid a disturbance at the scrap yard.
It causes shockwaves as Belle is left distraught to see Vinny in such a way.
She decided to stay and care for Vinny in order to make sure he is as okay as possible.
Although Belle and Vinny are happy in one another’s company, Tom’s jealousy rages and it isn’t long before he finds a way to meddle between them and belittle Vinny.
As Belle continues to look after Vinny, Tom decides to become close to him himself in order to humiliate and embarrass him in front of Belle.
Belle’s suspicions become irked when Tom hangs out with Vinny and sets about finding him a girlfriend.
As Tom sets about Gabby as the potential love interest, it doesn’t take long until this rubs both Vinny and Belle up the wrong way.
