ITV Emmerdale Gabby Thomas star jets off on holiday with co-star ‘partner’

Emmerdale star Rosie Bentham has taken a break from the ITV soap and headed off abroad with one of her co-stars.

Rosie is best known for playing Gabby Thomas in the fictional Yorkshire village. Rosie has become a key part of the Emmerdale cast and regularly features in the soap’s main storylines.

Gabby has recently been drawn into Tom King’s evil scheme as the abusive character tries to control Belle Dingle. Tom tried to pair Gabby with Vinny Dingle to distract Belle’s friend from spending so much time with her.

Away from the screen, Rosie’s life is fortunately less turbulent and she regularly shares updates with her fans on Instagram. The soap actor has taken to the social media platform to reveal she has taken a well deserved break to Barcelona in search of some spring sunshine, reports the Liverpool Echo.

Rosie has revealed she has been joined on the trip by her co-star and close friend, Daisy Campbell, who plays Amelia Spencer in the show. The two travelled around the main tourist spots in the Spanish city and Rosie shared snaps from a jam-packed train, reports the

It is not the first time the two have jetted off together as they ran into trouble on their trip to Ibiza in 2022. The holiday descended into a nightmare when they were targeted by thieves on their second day abroad as their bags were stolen.

The crime meant they were without phones for their majority of their holiday, however Daisy issued a statement and said they managed to salvage the trip to still have an enjoyable time.

She explained: “Sorry me and @rosie_betham have been a bit MIA. It would be me and us to get the whole of our bags stolen on the second night, with 0 phones for most of the hol.” She added: “But we lived in the moment ahahaha and then eventually got new phones.”

Rosie didn’t let the nightmare moment dampen their trip as she shared snaps from their trip after she returned alongside the caption: “Partner”.
